With a wealth of experience in real estate and construction, and a degree in Law and Business Management, Nicolas took over the MARCHETTI agency in 2014. Passionate about oenology and basketball, he knows that a good investment, like a good wine, increases in value over time. And when he's not scouring the Principality's neighborhoods in search of the rare pearl, you'll find him, with his family, on a basketball court, applying the same principles: sharing, anticipation, strategy and a touch of competition!

Olivier GAVOT
Management/Property Manager

A property manager in the Principality of Monaco for nearly 25 years, Olivier offers you all the experience he has gained over the years in the day-to-day management of your properties and relations with tenants. He also coordinates and monitors all work, both for properties entrusted to the agency and for co-owned properties that have placed their trust in us.

Enora LOZANO
Management Assistant

Enora is a dynamic and motivated young professional who recently joined the real estate agency as an administrative assistant. With a bachelor's degree in law, Enora uses her analytical skills and organizational abilities to ensure that files are carefully monitored. Cheerful, motivated, and eager to learn, she is constantly expanding her skills and gradually building her career path.

Johanna HERNANDEZ
Syndic Manager

Johanna has been managing condominiums for several years. She began her career with a large French group before moving to Monaco, where she has been working for the past ten years. 
Johanna particularly enjoys her job, which is both varied and stimulating, with no room for routine!
She likes to closely monitor construction work, coordinate the various technical and administrative aspects, and take on the challenges associated with each project.
Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow.

Since 2009, Katia has been the real estate agency's versatile administrative assistant, responsible for rental management and property management. Dedicated and organized, she efficiently handles administrative follow-up, mail processing, and coordination between the various parties involved. Smiling and dynamic, Katia is also the first face that clients see when they enter the agency: she welcomes them with warmth and good humor, helping to create a friendly and professional atmosphere. Her caring presence and daily commitment make her a true pillar of the team.

An experienced accountant, Anicée has almost 20 years' experience in the property sector.
She stands out for her rigour, observational skills and professionalism.

Pauline GODEFROY
Compliance / Management Accountant

Pauline is the perfect combination of banking rigor, legal precision and a well-placed sense of humor. After juggling figures in the banking sector and proceedings at the Monaco Court, she has developed formidable expertise in management, compliance and organization. Instead of taking part in “Des chiffres et des lettres”, she has decided, to our delight, to put her eye for detail and her analytical mind at the service of Monegasque real estate! With a straightforward but never rigid approach, Pauline is above all passionate about her work, and will always strive to bring her assignments to a successful conclusion.
